EL Education needed a single digital platform to replace multiple disconnected sites and serve a wide range of users—from educators evaluating and accessing curriculum resources to teams managing marketing, events, and donations. Through stakeholder interviews and user testing, we uncovered pain points and opportunities to improve navigation, discovery, and content workflows. We designed and built a custom Wagtail-based site tailored to the needs of both users and administrators. Editors now manage over a dozen content types, build rich marketing pages, create Salesforce-integrated forms, and publish detailed professional learning catalogs. Instructional teams can import curriculum directly via XML, streamlining their print and web publishing workflows. The result is a unified, highly functional website that meets EL’s complex content, engagement, and operational needs—all in one place.
